What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+
For standard stock models the MOQ is low — usually a container or negotiated batch. For fully custom OEM/ODM projects we typically recommend a starting quantity that makes tooling and sampling worthwhile; our sales team will advise the honest number for your exact design.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?+
Yes. We offer pre-production samples for most models. You approve the colour, print, hardware and dimensions before mass production begins — samples are the rule, not the exception.
How long does production and delivery take?+
Stock models usually ship within 15–25 days after deposit. Custom projects depend on design and quantity — we give you a written production schedule with your quotation and update it every step of the way.
Do you support custom prints, colours and branding?+
Absolutely. Our steel printed wardrobes and cabinets accept custom patterns, company colours and logos. We also provide private-label packaging and export documentation to match your brand.
How do you ship internationally?+
By sea container (FCL or LCL), rail or air, depending on your region and schedule. We handle protective packing, container loading photos and full export paperwork — most orders are delivered door to port or door to door.
