A second high-definition steel-printing line is now running at the Hengshui plant, cutting changeover times and opening more custom patterns per container.
Shengmei’s second 4K colour-printing line came on stream at the end of July. The new line mirrors the first and adds a faster drum-changing system that lets us switch between patterns in minutes rather than hours.
For buyers the practical effect is simple: more small-batch custom orders can be produced economically, and mixed-pattern containers become easier to plan. Finishing capacity for printed wardrobes and cabinets roughly doubles as a result.
Patterns are printed directly onto treated steel before forming, then protected by a clear top coat — scratch-resistant, colour-stable and identical on every unit in the batch.
