Every carton now ships with corner blocks, a moisture barrier and a loading photo — a quiet fix exporters feel in their claims ledger.

Most export damage happens between the warehouse and the container, not on the ocean. This year Shengmei rewrote its packing standard around that insight: foam corner blocks on every printed panel, a moisture barrier around each carton and steel-edge protectors at the straps.

The new standard was rolled out across the printed-wardrobe and cabinet lines first, and every container now ships with a full set of loading photos sent to the buyer before departure.

Damage claims on the first 120 containers packed under the new standard fell to near zero. The photos also give importers a head start on their own customs and quality checks.
